Typical Connections
➁ FAST POSITION CAPTURE
This input is driven with 5V CMOS logic levels,
active low. It is configured to capture the position
of all servo axes within 25µS.
➂ HOME
One per axis, taken from the 24 digital
inputs. Provides reference position for the axis.
Three modes of homing: on encoder index, on
switch, on both.
➃ LIMIT
One or two per axis, taken form the 24 digital
inputs. Provides end of travel protection. Crash
stop axes assigned to input when active.
➅ INPUT TYPES
PNP inputs are supplied as standard. Opto-isolated,
5-24V high input voltage. Suitable to be driven by any
PNP transistor. Common is connected to USR GND
of the user supply and the input to USR V+.
NPN inputs are available as a custom order.

➄ DRIVE ERROR INPUT
One per controller, taken from the 24 digital inputs.
Brings all axes to a crash stop when active.
Input sense software configurable
➀ DIGITAL INPUTS
24 digital inputs, user configured for limit, home, stop,
error or general purpose.
May be configured as level or edge triggered, and to
interrupt user program and call subroutine.
PNP or NPN input types available. Specify at time
of order.
